DEPOSIT POLICY

  • To confirm your booking a deposit of 50% is required.  The remaining 50% is required within 20 days prior to arrival.
     

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival receive a full refund less $25USD (non-refundable) processing fee.
     

  • Cancellations received 7 days before the booking receive a 50% refund.

  • REFUNDS done due to natural elements such as floods or any type of natural disasters receive a full refund less the credit card fee and $25 USD REFUND processing fee.
     

  • Please contact us if you would like to reschedule your tour which will incur no additional charges.  There is no refund for cancellations 48 hours before the tour.
     

  • Your credit card company may have additional charges for foreign transactions.
     

  • There may be credit card, and BANK CHARGES/EXCHANGE RATE CHARGES added to the balance authorized for credit card charges.
     

  • Please note that we do not have any control over these charges which they make directly to you. We charge only the amount that you authorize to us.
     

  • We accept VISA, MASTER CARD and DISCOVER CARD for payments.

  • For a refund to be successful we ask that you provide us with the same credit card that was charged since both receipts will need to match. The bank will NOT process any refund on another card.
