TOUR DETAILS:

​

Caracol (snail) is the largest Mayan site found in Belize rising more than 140 feet.  In 650 AD it was the largest metropolitan area.  It is noted not just for its size but for its prowess in war.

​

You will be amazed with a panoramic view of the Chiquibul Forest and the verdant Maya Mountains.  

​

It's a 2 hour drive with a short stop to the Rio Frio Cave as we make our way to the Douglas D'Silva Ranger Station.
